Over the past weekend and Memorial Day, I’ve been swamped with people inquiring if I’ve sold ExchangeHomes.com to a new company called HomeForSwaps.
Late on Monday, Dennis Chobater, long time colleague and owner of Global Home Exchange / 4HomeEx.com also contacted me to inquire if I had seen the declaration posted on the HomeForSwaps front page, which reads as follows:

Dennis was furious because she is implying that she has purchased Global Home Exchange/4HomeEx.com, and he was interested to find out the exact situation with us.
To clarify the situation from my standpoint:
ExchangeHomes.com has NOT been sold to HomeForSwaps. I have owned this company since 1986 and I have absolutely no intention of selling ExchangeHomes.com to them or to anyone else.
HomeForSwaps has been ordered to remove this completely false claim of ownership from all her web sites immediately or face legal action.
