Last Minute Home Exchange Request

I’ve recently received a last minute request from ExchangeHomes.com member VH25490:

Does lots and lots of white, powdery snow and a nice, warm house close to the ski areas to come home to sound like just the winter time getaway you’ve been looking for? We live in the heart of Colorado ski country and are going to be in Florida for a cruise out of Miami Jan 3-12 and with friends until Jan 17. Please take a look at our listing: VH25490 and contact us if your home is in southern Florida and you would like to do an exchange sometime between Jan 17th and 28th. We will have our computer with us and check email before and after the cruise.

This is the only last minute request I have currently, but I must admit it looks particularly attractive. I’d be more than happy to be on either end of the arrangement ;-)
