Home Exchange Post Plagiarized!
Despite a very clearly written Copyright posted on this blog, this morning I discovered that a blog calling itself skam08livejournal (interesting name) has committed an act of plagiarism and copied my recent post titled Home Exchange Club Memberships vs Classified Advertising. They changed the title to read “Home Exchange vs Intermission Account of rents – and the winner is …”, and removed the links to the ExchangeHomes.com web site, but the body of the post was copied verbatim.
Perversely, the replacement title they used was obviously inspired by my subsequent post: Home Exchange vs Vacation Rental – and the winner is …..
The majority of bloggers are highly ethical folk and wouldn’t dream of plagiarizing someone else’s work. Clearly skam08livejournal doesn’t fall into that category. I haven’t included a live link to his / her blog because Google interprets such links as being recommendations. This is definitely not the case!
